About Us

The Department of Automobile Engineering is one of the oldest departments of the College of Engineering Bhubaneswar (COEB). It has been established in 2009. The Department of Automobile Engineering has been actively engaged in teaching and research activities in diverse fields of Automobile Engineering. Through excellent quality faculty members, the Department offers Engineering Degree (B.Tech.) in Automobile Engineering which is developing fast globally to cope up with the present need.

Mission

To impart quality education (within and beyond books) to the students and enhance their skills and knowledge to make them globally competent unique automobile engineers.

To maintain adequate and modern research facilities to provide the students and the faculty members with opportunities to create, interpret and apply knowledge.

To organize on & off site world-class training and development programs with a view to update innovate the skills and knowledge of students and faculty members.

Objectives :

To follow the relevant guidelines prescribed by BPUT, Odisha / AICTE.
To ensure that the course program targets are regularly met by close monitoring the learning outcomes.
To impart the best education to the students needed for automobile engineering discipline to acquire sound technical knowledge fused with human excellence.
To conduct seminars, lectures and workshops on career building skills, To promote human ethics and values in the students.
